The terms and conditions (“Program Rules”) provided herein shall apply to the InSinkErator Showroom Rewards Program (“Program”) offered by InSinkErator LLC., (“Company”). The Program commences 04/15/2025 and will continue until terminated by Company. To learn more about the Program, refer to the Showroom Rewards Quick Reference Guide.

Registered Inside Showroom Associates of Authorized InSinkErator Showrooms (“User(s)”) selling eligible InSinkErator branded Products.

• User must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and 18 years of age or older at time of enrollment.
• User must be an employee of the Authorized Showroom at the time of award issuance in order to be eligible to receive rewards.
• Authorized Showrooms are defined as those that purchase InSinkErator^® products directly from InSinkErator.
• Showroom Associates that are employed by Showrooms that purchase InSinkErator^® products from other sources are not eligible to participate.

InSinkErator Showroom Associates, who wish to participate in the Program, must complete and submit the enrollment form at ISELoyalty.com. After submitting the enrollment form, the InSinkErator Showroom Associate will be sent a notification email to confirm their email address. After the InSinkErator Showroom Associate provides the enrollment request details, they will be reviewed for eligibility by the Program administration team within 5-7 business days. If the enrollment request is approved, the InSinkErator Showroom Associate will be sent a welcome email with directions for completing Program Registration (defined below). If the enrollment request is denied, the InSinkErator Showroom Associate will be sent a notification of such denial.

A User’s registration and membership in the Program, and the receipt of benefits under this Program, constitute his or her full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Program Rules and the decisions of Company, which are final and binding.

Upon registration and login to the Program website, the User will be required to: a.) read and agree to the Whirlpool Corporation Privacy Policy, b.) read and agree to these Program Rules, and c.) provide their Social Security Number (SSN) for IRS tax reporting purposes, to be able to perform various actions under the Program (e.g., submit claims, redeem points, load funds onto their InSinkErator Visa^® Prepaid Card, review transaction history, or generate a customer service inquiry).

Any changes to the User’s personal information, such as name or showroom, are the User’s responsibility and must be made by contacting Company’s sales representative. Company is not liable for misdirected, lost, or stolen mail.

Users will accumulate points for sales of eligible products and will receive awards based on the current point payout of the items. Points are for the benefit of the User only and may not be combined, sold, assigned or otherwise transferred to any other party or account. Points do not constitute personal property of the User and shall have no cash value.

Users can redeem points for a Visa Prepaid Card or for merchandise in the rewards catalog on the Program site. Points may be accumulated for later redemption and do not need to be redeemed in the amount for which they were awarded or in the month in which they were awarded. Points may be used as long as the User is eligible under the Program and as long as the Program is in effect, as determined solely by Company. If a registered User is no longer employed by an authorized showroom, the User’s points will expire 30 days after ineligibility. After such 30 days, the User will no longer have access to Program or his or her account.

The User shall be responsible for ensuring that his or her points are properly credited. Any claims for incorrect credits shall be made to Customer Service, along with documentation supporting the eligible User activity used to earn points. Any adjustments to credits may take up to 6 to 8 weeks to apply.

All claims to validate and accumulate points must be submitted within 120 days from the date of the sales transaction (Showroom to Customer). All claims must be submitted in accordance with the Program Rules and require proof of purchase in the form of a paid in full valid invoice submitted by the User, or POS sales file submitted by the showroom from their sales reporting system. Proof of purchase via valid invoice may be submitted via the site Invoice Upload tool. Proof of purchase via POS sales file may be submitted via email or posted to the designated FTP site. See Program site for submission details. Claims entered without providing proof of purchase shall be denied.

The maximum quantity in a single order that will be accepted per item per invoice is 3. Company reserves the right to verify that the invoice is for a customer sale versus a job or counter sale. Wholesalers that sell to Showrooms or Independent dealers will not be eligible to receive points on such sales. Backordered items or returned items are not eligible. Invoices with future ship dates will not be considered for purposes of earning points under this Program. All claims must be approved by Company.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality or security of his or her account and password and for restricting access to the User’s computer. The User agrees to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under his or her account or password. The User also agrees to immediately notify Customer Service of any unauthorized use thereof. Company reserves the right at all times and for any reason to modify or refuse the User’s use of the Program site, including, but not limited to, the ability to terminate the account or program, remove, change or edit content or products offered, and/or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

The value of all rewards earned in this program is considered taxable income. The User is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes applied to points awarded. For tax and reporting purposes, an IRS 1099 form will be mailed to the User, at the address provided, in accordance with IRS rules and guidelines if the value of all rewards earned received during a calendar year is greater than or equal to $600.00.

We respect your privacy and, therefore, will not share your personal information to outside parties without your consent, other than for purposes directly related to the Program, including, but not limited to, third party Program service providers. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information regarding how we collect and use your information.

Company reserves the right to disqualify, revoke, or suspend any User from participating in the Program and/or to cancel or void any Program benefits (pending or issued reward points, reloadable prepaid cards, pending merchandise, travel orders, etc.) at any time without notice and with immediate effect if, in its sole discretion, Company determines that the User has (1) entered invalid or fraudulent information or submissions; (2) abused, received, or redeemed Program benefits through fraud, theft, or otherwise illegal means; (3) engaged in hostile, abusive, or inappropriate conduct towards Company, its employees, agents, customers or representatives; (4) or otherwise violated these Program Rules. These rights are in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies that may be available to Company under applicable law.

Company reserves the right to amend or cancel the Program at any time, upon written notice to the User. In the case of a dispute over Program Rules and measurement, Company’s interpretations and decisions will be final.

Company may, from time to time and in its sole discretion, modify or limit, in whole or in part, any aspect of the Program, Program Rules, participating partners or service providers, Visa Prepaid Card(s), point levels, benefits, or special offers. Notice will be provided via the Program site or other method determined by Company in its sole discretion. The User’s continued access, use, and receipt of benefits under this Program constitutes his or her full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Program Rules.

Company may at any time and in its sole discretion terminate, without liability, all or any part of the Program for any reason. In the event the Program is terminated by Company, notice will be provided, including a time frame to submit claims to earn award points or redeem accumulated points. After the time period has expired to redeem points, any user points will be forfeited and shall no longer be redeemable by User.

In the event a User’s account is inactive for a period of at least 18 months, the account will be terminated by Company, and any and all points accumulated in the account at the time of termination will be permanently forfeited.

Company is not affiliated with any manufacturer, retailer or service provider that is part of this Program other than InSinkErator and its branded products. No manufacturers, retailers or service providers listed in any marketing materials are sponsors or co-sponsors of the Program. User is personally responsible for compliance with additional terms and conditions of the Visa Prepaid Card. Company disclaims any liability associated with purchases made using its Visa Prepaid Cards, third party programs, websites, links, services, or products.

All content (and the compilation thereof) included on the Program site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is and will remain, Company’s property or that of Company’s suppliers or Company’s third party suppliers, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Except as otherwise provided herein, all graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names on the Program site are and will remain Company’s trademarks or service marks. All other trademarks not owned by Company that appear on the Program site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Company. The User will not have, acquire or assert any rights in Company’s services, website, components or proprietary rights and will not, without Company’s prior written consent, copy, reproduce or distribute in any manner any of the content, data or information available through the Program site or services. The User will not remove or modify any copyright, trademarks, service marks, confidentiality or other proprietary notice or marking appearing on any materials relating to the Program services or website.

We attempt to provide an accurate description of all products and services offered for redemption through the Program site and that the site will be accessible. However, we cannot and do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Program site are accurate, complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be accessible without interruption. Company shall incur no liability whatsoever for product descriptions or for accessing the Program site.

Card is issued by Pathward^®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. No recurring payments. Can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Card valid for up to 36 months, funds do not expire and may be available after card expiration date, fees may apply. Terms and conditions apply.

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, THE PROGRAM SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE), RELATED SYSTEMS AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE USER THROUGH THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED BY COMPANY OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, DESCRIPTION, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT HIS OR HER USE OF THE PROGRAM SITE AND PARTICIPATION IN AND RECEIPT OF BENEFITS UNDER THE PROGRAM ARE AT USER’S SOLE RISK AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR REMOVAL AT ANY TIME.

COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM SITE; INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE), RELATED SYSTEMS OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO USER THROUGH THE PROGRAM SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY OR FREE FROM ERRORS, INACCURACIES, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. COMPANY, ITS SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOT AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM SITE OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE), RELATED SYSTEMS OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO USER THROUGH THE PROGRAM SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

The Program or Program rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By using the Program site and by entering and participating in the Program and receiving benefits therefrom, User shall and does release, indemnify, and defend (at Company’s sole election) Company and its parent company and their respective directors, officers, employees, suppliers, agents and assigns from all losses, damages, penalties, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees) caused by, arising from or relating to, the Program or the Program site, or a breach of the Program Rules by User.
